Whether you are an ELITE Athlete or just an EVERYDAY Athlete trying to reach your fitness
goals we will make sure those goals get achieved. Founded in 2008 by Allan Parada and his
partner Chris Mason, this state of the art 10,000 sq.ft. facility has already trained some
of todays top athletes. Athletes like Chris Mason, Brandon Sutter (Vancouver Canucks), Kris Russell
(Calgary Flames), Ryan Russell (Columbus Blue Jackets), Curtis Glencross (Washington Capitals),
Paul Postma (Winnipeg Jets), Matt Fraser (Winnipeg Jets), Colton Sceviour (Dallas Stars)
are just a few of the NHL players we have trained in the past. We have also assisted
many more AHL, ECHL, WHL, AJHL, and European athletes in helping them reach their goals.
CanPro is also the official training centre for our Red Deer Rebels and home to 2 Time
National Midget AAA Champion Red Deer Optimist Chiefs.
Hockey isn't just what we train athletes for. We have also asssited Canadian Bobsleigh
member / Olympic medalist Linden Rush, as well as Olympic medalist Deidre Dionne in
reaching their goals as well. Our unique Titleist TPI Golf Program has also helped many amateur
golfers enjoy the game of golf at a higher level. Cap it off with one of the best vertical
jump training programs for volleyball and basketball athletes in Alberta, CanPro is the easy choice
for your athletic needs.
Our facility has a 1800 sq.ft. astro turf area that is 40 metres long and with our
unpredictable Alberta summers makes sprinting in the rain a thing of the past.
Also a large private weight training area with olympic bumper plates, then add in
state of the art running treadmills, Cybex Arc Trainers, Rowing Machines, and
Cybex stationary bikes that will take care of all your cardio training needs.
Can Pro also offers our state of the art acceleration skate treadmill program.
Top this off with a 700 sq.ft. synthetic ice shooting and goalie training area
we have every avenue covered when it comes to training off the ice. On the ice
we have our summer 4 on 4 conditioning camps to get you ready for the upcoming season.
